Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of treblehookproductions.com (the "Site") and the recording, mixing, mastering, and related services ("Services") provided by Treble Hook Productions ("Treble Hook," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. Content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by Treble Hook or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The Services

Treble Hook offers recording, mixing, mastering, production, and related audio services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described in a written quote or agreement for each project. Any estimates provided before that are approximate and not binding until confirmed in writing.

Free Mix Sample

We may offer a complimentary mix of a short portion (approximately 30 seconds) of your song for evaluation purposes. The free sample is provided with no obligation and no guarantee of any particular result, and it is intended to help you decide whether to engage our paid Services. By submitting audio for a sample, you confirm you have the rights to that audio (see "Your Content" below).

Bookings, Payment, and Cancellations

Your Content and Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any recordings, tracks, stems, lyrics, samples, or other materials you provide to us, and that our work on them will not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to indemnify Treble Hook against claims arising from materials you supply.

Ownership of Finished Work

Upon full payment for a project, you retain ownership of your recordings, mixes, and masters created for you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Treble Hook retains ownership of its own tools, techniques, presets, templates, and know-how.

Promotional Use

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, Treble Hook may reference completed work and use short excerpts, artwork, or your project name in its portfolio and promotional materials.

Third-Party Services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services such as Spotify and YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or their terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treble Hook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that project.
